In 2023 we opened our Magnificent Mile shop at 162 E Superior St., just off Michigan Avenue. Opening day looked like this: green and gold balloons, a red ribbon across the door, and the “Hot Bagels” neon glowing in the window.
Behind that door: the same hand-rolled, kettle-boiled bagels we’ve been making since 2006, for a new neighborhood of regulars.
