Gotham Bagels, with four Chicago shops: Gold Coast, Lakeview, South Loop and Magnificent Mile. Every bagel is hand-rolled, kettle-boiled and baked fresh each morning in a rotating deck oven, and the Chicago Tribune ranked us among the top 10 bagels in Chicago.

Our Bacon, Egg & Cheddar: thick-cut bacon, a fried egg and aged cheddar on a bagel that was hand-rolled and baked that morning. Pair it with a coffee, or go big with a signature sandwich like the O.M.F.G. or the Brighton Beach. See the Chicago menu.

Any Gotham shop. Order ahead online and your breakfast sandwich, bagel or lunch is ready when you walk in, so you can be in and out in minutes.

Craft coffee from local roasters. Our Chicago and Lake Geneva shops pour Passion House Coffee Roasters, roasted in Chicago, and our Madison shop pours Colectivo Coffee, roasted in Wisconsin. Hot coffee, cold brew, espresso, lattes and seasonal specials.

Never. We use high-quality flour that is never bleached and never bromated, and whole grains in our honey whole wheat bagels.

We make the bagels, cream cheeses, deli salads and sauces ourselves. For the rest: seasonal produce sourced locally when available, premium Atlantic salmon and natural turkey. In Madison, the menu features greens from Vitruvian Farms in McFarland and tomatoes from Flyte Farm in Coloma. More on who we buy from.

Order online. It's the most efficient way to get your bagels: you skip the line, pay ahead, and your order is ready when you arrive. Walk-ups are welcome, but online ordering will save you a lot of time. Here's why we're big on online ordering.

Absolutely we do! All of our offerings are wrapped to go. Place your takeout order online or in-person.

Yep! You can order delivery from Gotham online. Simply select the "delivery" option and enter your address to see if you're in our delivery zone.

Our Lakeview and Gold Coast locations have outdoor patios. Our South Loop location shares a patio with Gino's East, just around the corner on the other side of the building. Gotham customers are welcome to use the patio as long as they clean up after themselves!

Yes. Order online and schedule it up to 60 days ahead (90 in Madison). For big orders, schedule at least a day ahead so we can bake for you. Need more than bagels? See our catering platters, or office catering for recurring breakfast and lunch orders.

Plan on one bagel or one sandwich per person. Our dozen is a baker's dozen (13 bagels). Every bagel and deli platter comes with a New York Dozen and serves 13; in Chicago, the Sandwich Platter and the Bagel and Cream Cheese Platter serve 9. We suggest three 8 oz containers of cream cheese per dozen. Our ordering guide has a calculator that does the math for you.

Gotham Bagels at 112 E Mifflin St. Every Madison catering platter comes with a New York Dozen (13 bagels) and serves 13. Delivery is $9 within the City of Madison and $15 to Middleton or Sun Prairie, and orders can be scheduled online up to 90 days ahead. See bagel catering in Madison.

Every Gotham bagel and deli platter comes with a New York Dozen, a baker's dozen of 13 bagels, and serves 13. In Chicago, the Sandwich Platter (9 sandwiches) and the Bagel and Cream Cheese Platter (9 bagels) each serve 9. Half pans of bacon or scrambled eggs serve 12.
