For more than a year, Gotham teamed up with different creators on collab sandwiches: limited runs built around an idea, a flavor or a local favorite, and shared first on our Instagram.
The Spicy Caruso was one of them. It’s a bagel sandwich built with Caruso’s Old World Chicago hot giardiniera, the oil-packed pepper relish Chicago puts on everything, melted together with cheese on a fresh Gotham bagel.
